Kimball Area Junior Olympic Volleyball Club, in partnership with Kimball Community Education, is planning for a 2024-25 Winter and Spring season. Our program is designed to provide girls currently in 6th-11th grade with the opportunity to enhance their individual and team volleyball skills through practices, play dates, and tournaments.
Those interested in playing in our program need to register online through Kimball Community Education ($50 non-refundable) and attend our Team Placement Practice on Sunday, Nov. 10, to be placed on one of our teams (12U-16U).

Our Kimball Area Junior Olympic Volleyball program strives to work with athletes, coaches, parents, as well as regional and national organizations to provide high quality programs at an affordable price. We encourage teamwork, respect, responsibility, discipline and positive attitudes.
We are looking for Kimball athletes ages 11-18 to fill our rosters and out-of-district athletes who do not have a JO Volleyball program in their own school district. We will fill the rosters with Kimball students first. If there is space left on rosters, then we will open the rosters up to out-of-district athletes.
There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee to participate in the Team Placement Practice on Nov. 10, 2024.
**NEW THIS SEASON - PROGRAM SCHEDULE CHANGES
Due to multiple variables, the program schedules will be different in 2025 for the Kimball Area JO VB age groups.
Kimball 15/16U teams (players currently in grades 9th and 10th grade) will have their season January-March.
Kimball 15/16U teams will practice on Sundays, starting Jan. 5, 2025. (please note, pending the coach's schedules, we may try to add in a couple of practices in December)

JO Volleyball will be $325 per player (in addition to the non-refundable $50 registration fee). This $325 fee covers the following expenditures: JVA association fees, 4-5 tournament entry fees, coaches' stipends, JO coordinator's stipend, uniform and equipment.
Kimball 12U-14U teams (players currently in grades 6th-8th grade) will have their season in March-early May.

JO Volleyball is pending per player (in addition to the non-refundable $50 registration fee).
We are working with surrounding schools to provide free play dates this spring, in addition to 2-3 local area JO VB tournaments, to supplement the season and try to keep the costs down for the younger levels.
The goal is to keep the additional program fee under $250 for the 12U-14U teams.
Tentative start date for the first 12U-14U JO Volleyball practice is Sunday, March 3, from 3:00-5:00 pm (location pending).
