Kimball Area Public Schools is seeking applicants for a full-time (1 FTE) School Social Worker for the 2025-2026 school year. Current Minnesota Licensure required and a LCSW license is preferred. The salary range is $45,709 - $77,848 based on education and experience. Benefits offered are Life, Long Term Disability, Dental and Health Insurance; 403(b) Match and Paid Time Off. Working primarily at Kimball Area High School, a successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting student well-being and mental health, implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS), and connecting students and families with necessary resources. This position will work collaboratively with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to promote student success.
