Kimball Area Public Schools is seeking applicants for a part-time (.5 FTE) 6 – 12 Vocal Music Instructor for the 2025-2026 school year. Current Minnesota Licensure required.
The vocal music instructor will work at the high school with students in grades 6-12 daily from 11:30-3:30 teaching Varsity Choir, Jr High Choir, and 6th Grade Choir. Students learn music theory while enjoying a variety of music styles. The classroom is equipped with a new electronic piano and an interactive display panel. Students often use technology to record, listen, and evaluate themselves. Keyboards allow the students to learn basic piano skills. The vocal music instructor works in a two-person department with the instrumental music instructor and is a member of a strong multi-department PLC.
The salary range is $22,854.50 - $38,924 based on education and experience. Benefits offered are Dental and Health Insurance; TRA and Paid Time Off. Extra-curricular duties may be available.
