Kimball’s high school softball squad is your 2023 Minnesota Softball Tier 4 State Champion! The Cubs went 7-1 overall in the two-day tournament at North Mankato and defeated the St. Charles Gamblers in back-to-back title games (W 2-1, W 4-2) on July 23 to secure first place honors. What an incredible weekend at the State qualifying tournaments for Kimball summer softball! The high school team tabbed a 3-1 record to place 2nd, the 14U Gold team went 4-1 to secure runner-up honors while the 14U Blue squad went 2-2 to place 5th overall. Kimball’s Babe Ruth baseball team cruised past Cold Spring Grey by a score of 15-2 on July 14 in St. Nicholas to advance in the second round of the double elimination District tourney. The Cubs will face CS Maroon on July 15 at 12 pm in Richmond. Good luck! #KimballBaseball
