Kimball Area Community Education is hosting two Youth Softball Skills Camps on March 5 for players ages 8-14. The camps will focus on the basics of fielding, hitting, pitching stations and sessions with a wiffle game to cover some base running. Kimball Vex IQ Robotics had an outstanding performance at the Thief River Falls Robotics Competition on Feb. 12. Out of 42 teams, Kimball’s Team 55353B took 3rd place, Team 55353A took 4th place the Banana Bros took home 6th place honors along with the Sportsmanship Award.
