It's Senior Night and Parents Night at today's Wrestling meet against Royalton starting at 5:45. Girls Basketball will be against EVW starting at 4:45.
At the wrestling meet will will also be awarding the FFA Trap Shooting Team who placed 2nd in state their State Plaque: William Serbus, Tayler Verhey, Jonny Serbus, Tyler Wylie and Davis Burg. And also awarding Tayler Verhey with the State Champion Plaque!


Congratulations to Kimball juniors Hank Meyer and Jordyn Theis who were selected as ExCEL winners. The 3-sport athletes are involved in multiple activities and excel in the classroom, currently posting 3.96 and 4.0 GPA's respectively. #KimballProud

Congratulations to the FFA Food Science team that placed 2nd in the Region at today's contest. We have one of the toughest regions in the State. Team members include: Katie Zimmerman, Brooklyn Ochsendorf, Elaina Fink and William Serbus. They move on to Semi-finals. Great Job!


Kimball's Vex IQ Elementary Robotics squads also had a successful showing at the Mega Tournament on Jan. 27. The Kimball IQ 55353D team earned the Teamwork Award and 2nd place overall, earning a State nod. Those team members include: Ben Kunkel, Joe Ouke and Adam Foos. The Judges Award was tabbed by Kimball's 55353B team, consisting of James Beck, Jaxson Holmes and Aaron Skarhus. The last award charted by a Kimball squad was the Energy Award, won by Team 55353A. Members of that team include: Holly Helgeson, Maisie Hendrickson, Destin Edwards and Ivy Brau. Thank you again to the nearly 100 volunteers who helped make this Mega Robotics event a success. Congrats to the 6th grade boy's basketball squad that took 2nd place in the Braham tourney on Jan. 28. The Cubs earned big wins against St. Francis C and Mora before falling short in the Championship game versus St. Francis B. Way to go Cubs! #KimballHoops #KimballCommunityEd

The Kimball 4th grade boy's basketball team cruised past Annandale and Maple Lake by scores of 42-1 and 23-9 in Highway 55 League action on Jan. 27. The Cubs are 5-1 in league competition and 6-6 overall in the 2023-2024 season. Way to go Cubs! #KimballHoops #KimballCommunityEd





Kimball hosted the largest single-day Robotics competition in the state on Jan. 27. Over 1,000 people in attendance witnessed incredible robots accomplish course challenges and skills. Kimball’s Team 739C went undefeated for the day. They aligned with Kimball's Team 739D for the finals round and finished as the Middle School Division Tournament Champions, punching their ticket to State. Kimball members on the middle school teams include (L-R): Jacob Bogotski, Oliver Kunkel, Jude Willner, Lucas Zimmerman, Troy Edwards, Nick Spoden, Rhone Durga and Mason Lesnau. The Kimball 6th grade girl's basketball team went 2-1 at the Royalton tournament on Jan. 27. The Cubs fell short to a tough Aitkin squad in the first game of the tourney, then rebounded with big victories over Pierz and Melrose. Way to go Cubs! #KimballHoops #KimballCommunityEd


Congratulations to the Kimball Area Junior Olympic 15U Volleyball teams who played well at the Heartland Cup Tourney on Jan. 27. The 15U Blue team finished 1st in the Gold division while the 15U White squad inked a 2nd place honor in the Silver division. #KimballCommunityEd
