Today Kimball Schools celebrate National Community Education Day, which is celebrated on the second Thursday of November in Minnesota. Community Education Day is a day to recognize the value of lifelong learning and the programs that bring communities together. Community Education programs use public school facilities to meet the needs of the community, including educational, social, health, cultural, and recreational needs. In Minnesota, community education began in 1969 with the passing of the "Lighted Schoolhouse Legislation". This legislation allowed school buildings to remain open in the evenings for community use. Kimball Area Community Education is grateful for the support of the Kimball community. #KimballCommunityEd #StrongerTogether

Back by popular demand... Some fun for our Alumni: This is Kimball's 3rd time in school history making it to the Football State Semifinals. Previous years were 1984 & 1985. So here are those trophies with our current team. Enjoy :) From the looks of it, we have one dad on the team those years... "Mad Dog" Tim Schiefelbein....(father of Mark) along with Kimball's current trainer Chad Spaulding making a return :)
